Returns & Exchanges

At LifeVac Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any Canada Post location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
